- hi
- here is my favorite honey-mustard dressing recipe.
- hope you like it (:
- this makes alot of dressing, but it keeps well in the fridge or you can
- cut the recipe down to size
-
- allix's honey-mustard salad dressing
- --------<---------<-------<-----<-{@
-
- 9 shallots; finely minced
- 1 bunch fresh sage; roughly chopped
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup mustard (preferrably a good dijon)
- 4 cups extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
-
- whisk all ingredients except oil together in large bowl until blended well.
- add oil in steady stream, whisking continuously until emulsified.
-
- i like to serve this dressing on a salad of mixed baby greens, sprinkled
- with walnuts and crumbled gorganzola.
